3. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

3.2 How to Submit Counter-Notification

We forward your counter-notification to the original complainant

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Third Offense: Permanent account termination
