Overview

Custom Cap BD offers transparent, tiered pricing across three main categories: Blank Caps, Customization, and Delivery.

Pricing Categories

1. Blank Cap Pricing

All products feature tier-based pricing matched to product specifications:

Tier 1	Budget-friendly, standard quality	Small businesses, promotional items
Tier 2	Premium quality, better materials	Corporate branding, professional use
Tier 3	Highest quality, luxury materials	Premium brands, exclusive products

Pricing tiers are defined in the product CMS and synchronized with the Supabase database.

2. Customization Costs

Customization options are added to the blank cap base price:

Cap Style Setup

Free Options:

• Bill Shape: Flat, Slight Curved, Curved
• Profile: High, Mid, Low

Premium Options (additional cost):

• Premium Fabric selections
• Premium Closure types (Fitted, FlexFit, Metal Buckle)

Logo Setup Pricing

Logo decoration costs vary by:

• Decoration Method: 3D Embroidery, Flat Embroidery, Patches, Printing
• Size: Based on placement position
• Complexity: Number of colors, detail level

Standard Logo Sizes by Position:

Sub-Positions Available:

• Left, Center, Right for each main position
• Example: "Front Left", "Front Center" (default), "Front Right"

Decoration Methods:

1. 3D Embroidery

   • Best for: Simple logos (≤6 colors)
   • Effect: Raised, dimensional appearance
   • Cost: Medium
   • Durability: Excellent

2. Flat Embroidery

   • Best for: Simple to moderate logos
   • Effect: Clean, professional
   • Cost: Medium
   • Durability: Excellent

3. Leather Patch

   • Available Colors: Brown, Dark Red, Black, Grey, Olive, Khaki
   • Best for: Simple debossed logos or printed designs
   • Effect: Premium, high-end
   • Cost: High (includes mold charge)

4. Rubber Patch

   • Best for: Detailed, raised logos
   • Effect: Premium, 3D effect
   • Cost: High (includes mold charge)

5. Direct Print

   • Best for: Complex, multi-color logos
   • Effect: Detailed color reproduction
   • Cost: Low to Medium

6. Printed Patch

   • Effect: Full-color patch application
   • Cost: Medium

7. Sublimated Patch

   • Best for: Photo-realistic designs
   • Effect: Full-color, photographic quality
   • Cost: Medium to High

8. Woven Patch

   • Best for: Detailed designs with threads
   • Effect: Embedded thread detail
   • Cost: Medium to High

Order Minimums & Maximums

• Minimum Order: 48 units
• Maximum Order: No limit

Volume Discounts

Discounts applied automatically based on quantity:

Payment Methods

Accepted Payments

• Bank Transfer
• Credit/Debit Cards
• PayPal (for orders under $5,000)
• Wire Transfer (international orders)

Payment Terms

New Customers:

• 100% upfront payment required
• Payment due at order placement

Established Customers (3+ successful orders):

• 50% deposit at order placement
• 50% balance before shipping

Wholesale Partners:

• Net 30 terms available upon approval
• Credit application required

  • Back: Woven Patch
• Delivery: Air Freight
• Accessories: Hang Tag, Sticker
• Total: Base + Multiple Logos + Freight + Accessories

Example 3: Enterprise Order

• Blank Cap: Tier 3 x 3,000 units
• Customization: Custom fabric dyeing + Premium patches
• Delivery: Sea Freight

• Total: Enterprise pricing applies
