Order Processing Rules

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

• Standard Products: 50 units minimum
• Custom Products: 100 units minimum
• Wholesale Orders: 500 units minimum

Order Modifications

• Orders can be modified up to 24 hours after placement
• After production begins, modifications require approval
• Rush orders cannot be modified

Quality Assurance

Quality Control Process

1. Material Inspection: All materials inspected upon receipt
2. Production QC: Random sampling during production
3. Final Inspection: 100% inspection before shipping
4. Documentation: QC reports provided for orders 500+ units

Defect Tolerance

• Acceptable: Less than 2% defect rate
• Replacement: Defective units replaced at no charge
• Warranty: 30-day quality guarantee on all products

Payment Rules

Payment Terms

• New Customers: 100% upfront payment
• Established Customers (3+ orders): 50% deposit, 50% before shipping
• Wholesale Partners: Net 30 terms available upon approval

• Bank Transfer
• Credit Card (processing fee applies)
• PayPal (for orders under $5,000)
• Wire Transfer (for international orders)

Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation Policy

• Before Production: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• During Production: 50% refund
• After Production: No refunds (exchange only)

Return Policy

• Defective Products: Full refund or replacement
• Wrong Items: Exchange or full refund
• Custom Products: No returns unless defective

Lead Times

Standard lead times by product type:

• Stock Items: 3-5 business days
• Standard Customization: 10-15 business days
• Complex Customization: 20-30 business days
• Rush Orders: 5-7 business days (additional fees apply)

Intellectual Property

Logo Usage Rights

• Customer owns all rights to their submitted logos
• Custom Cap BD requires usage rights for production only
• Confidentiality maintained for proprietary designs

Design Assistance

• Free design consultation for orders 100+ units
• Professional design service available (additional fee)
• Design revisions included in setup fee
